|| A Somatic Movement Workshop with Meryem Alaoui ||

I will guide a 3-day exploratory movement workshop, focusing on the thorax, specifically the bones of the thoracic cage and upper limbs (container) and the organs of the thoracic cavity, the heart and lungs, plus the main respiratory muscles, including the diaphragm (contents).

We will study these experientially, through embodied anatomy, touch, voice and movement.
